Monday, March 17 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, March 18 — 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 19 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 20 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Friday, March 21 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Registration Information Needed:

• Proof of residency (mortgage/property tax documentation/lease with two recent pieces of important mail such as: utility bill, insurance document, bank statement, etc.)
• Certified birth certificate
• Up-to-date immunization record
• Social Security number
• Custody restrictions (if applicable)
• Hearing and vision screening (if already done)
